CEDA’s experienced finance team facilitates statewide tax-exempt financing for manufacturers and non-profits that reduces financing costs so more capital can be invested back into operations. In partnership with CleanFund, CEDA also offers Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing.

Non-Profit

CEDA finances eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations for no maximum loan amount.

Manufacturing

CEDA issues Industrial Development Bonds (IDBs) for small- to medium-sized California manufacturers.

PACE

In partnership with CleanFund, CEDA also offers Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) funding to property owners to amortize payments for upgrades on their property tax bills with no money down.
