CEDA’s experienced finance team facilitates statewide tax-exempt financing for manufacturers and non-profits that reduces financing costs so more capital can be invested back into operations. In partnership with Dividend Finance, CEDA also offers Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing.

Non-Profit

CEDA finances eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations for no maximum loan amount.

Manufacturing

CEDA issues Industrial Development Bonds (IDBs) for small- to medium-sized California manufacturers.

PACE

In partnership with Dividend Finance, CEDA also offers Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) funding to property owners to amortize payments for upgrades on their property tax bills with no money down.
