The Sustainable Communities Grant and Loan Program assists cities and counties to develop and implement sustainable community growth policies, programs and projects.The Program funds specific plans, alternative transportation studies, finance plans, redevelopment plans, engineering studies, public projects, and other efforts that promote sustainable development policies.
